According to the latest analysis, Greece features 18 prime regions with approximately 295,763 residential listings. Among them, 8.2% (24,243 properties) are priced above €1 million. The share of luxury homes varies significantly by location, with hotspots like Mykonos, Ekali (Athens’ northern suburb), and Voula (Athens’ southern coastal district) leading the way—each having more than half of their real estate listings in the million-euro bracket.
